Salon Policy

Glitz Nail Boutique strongly believes in the quality of our services we provide to our guests, and hope to build long lasting relationships with our guests for many years!

To make the most of your experience, we highly recommend booking appointments in advance prior to your arrival. Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early to allow check in and ensure a complete satisfactory spa experience. Late arrival of 15 minutes or more may result in service downgrade or appointment reschedule.

Although Walk-Ins are always welcomed; you can avoid waiting time and any inconvenience by simply scheduling an appointment with us.

Please inform us of any illness or injury that you may have to ensure that we provide you with the best service, and that we take extra precautions to avoid any further harm to current condition.

We do not accept tips on credit cards, please keep in consideration and bring cash for tips.


Reservations and Cancellations

A 20% deposit is required for all group parties of 5 or more, a valid credit card is required at time of booking. We request that you give us 24-48 hours in advance for any cancellation notice. All reservation deposits are non-refundable if proper cancellation notice isn't followed.
